As owner and mortgage broker at one of the valley’s largest mortgage brokerages, I personally closed hundreds of loans. The success of my mortgage company opened doors for me to move into land development and real estate ownership. I have personally sold over $100,000,000 in real estate, developed 8 subdivisions, and successfully sold all my lots to local builders.
